We offer three easy methods of ordering.
- Give us a toll-free call at 1-800-401-1192, within the U. S. Our international customers are welcome to call us at 520-529-5545. We will be available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM MST, and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM MST. At other times, you will reach our voice mail.
- Complete the order form and fax your order to us. Our fax number is 520-577-1456, and it is on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Methods of Payment:
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We are very enthusiastic about the World Wide Web, and the freedom it gives us to communicate with you. However, we are very security conscious. We ask that you give us your credit card payment information over the phone, via fax, or through the mail.
We also accept payment by:
- Personal or Business Check
- Cashier's Check
- Bank Draft
- Money Order
- Bank Transfer
Purchases paid for with one of the above methods will receive a 5% discount off the total price. Orders paid with personal or business checks will be delayed to clear your bank.
- Arizona residents—please add 6.1% state sales tax
- Packing and Shipping—our usual charge is $15 per package, which includes three-day air, FedEx or UPS.
For most pottery or kachina orders, when there are more than one item, there will be a Packing and Shipping charge for each item.
(We reserve the right to change this, and you will be notified of the change. Large and/or unusual shapes will naturally be more. Also, shipments outside the USA will be quoted separately, and can be rather expensive, although we do our best to find safe, economical shipment.)
Methods of Shipping:
Unless otherwise specified, we ship either by Federal Express or UPS, third-day delivery. We have found that the shorter the delivery time, the less chance there is for damage.
Since all items are insured for the value of the purchase, you must collect on your end for any damage in shipping, directly from FedEx, UPS, or any other carrier specified by you.
Please note that we try to ship so your package will not be in transit over a weekend, unless other arrangements are made.
We will cheerfully take back any purchases you make, and refund the purchase price, provided you notify us within 10 days of the receipt of your order. And, of course, the merchandise must be returned in the same condition as when it left our store. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Transportation for the return must be prepaid by you.
Many of our collector pieces are vintage pieces. There will almost always be some signs of wear on these items. If any scratches, etc., are significant, we try to point this out in our descriptions. However, if the item shows more wear than is acceptable to you, again, we will cheerfully take the item back and refund your money, under the return policy stated above.
